Keith Lawson Moore brings AmForge decades of experience at the intersection of law, venture formation, government contracting, federal relationships, and business development. He began his career as an attorney in Princeton, New Jersey, before moving into venture-backed technology and company formation through his work with a middleware company. That experience gave him early exposure to how companies are structured, financed, partnered, and scaled.
Keith later spent time in the homeland-security ecosystem, developing insight into federal operations, public affairs, acquisition processes, and the importance of CIO and procurement channels in federal contracting. For roughly 18 years, he has focused on helping clients build their businesses by creating relationships they do not have the time, access, or context to build themselves. His work is top-down and relationship-driven, focused on senior decision-makers, government end users, teaming partners, and strategic counterparties.
At AmForge, Keith’s value is practical execution: opening doors, structuring relationship pathways, helping identify the right government and commercial stakeholders, and supporting the company’s ability to convert strategic interest into actionable partnerships. His background is particularly relevant where AmForge needs to coordinate across federal agencies, contractors, technology providers, industrial partners, and capital sources.
