Drew Horn

Drew Horn is a national leader in critical minerals strategy, supply-chain security, economic security, and national-security industrial policy.

Drew’s first career was in uniform, serving for more than a decade as a U.S. Marine and Army Special Forces officer. His operational experience in Afghanistan helped shape his understanding of the strategic importance of minerals, energy, logistics, and industrial capacity to U.S. national power. He later served in senior policy roles across the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, the Office of the Vice President, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he helped lead government-wide efforts focused on critical mineral supply chains, economic security, and strategic materials.

During the first Trump administration, Drew was one of the key federal leads working on critical minerals and supply-chain resilience. He also worked on nuclear energy issues at DOE and served as the Vice President’s representative to the Nuclear Fuel Working Group. At AmForge, Drew connects the company’s market and technology solutions to U.S. national priorities, helping ensure that AmForge is not merely developing projects, but building a system that can execute against the policy goals driving U.S. critical minerals, nuclear fuel, defense, AI infrastructure, and manufacturing strategy.
